Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Remuneration: negotiable based on experience

Modern Living Solutions Australia (MoLSA) is a lifestyle space solutions company helping Australian landowners unlock additional living, accommodation and income-generating space through certified modular living products and coordinated turnkey project delivery.

We work with residential landowners, wineries, farms, tourism operators, holiday parks and commercial property owners. Our services cover modular product supply, project planning, approval and engineering coordination, transport, installation coordination, utility connections, accommodation setup and ongoing management support.

As MoLSA continues to grow across South Australia, we are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This is a consultative sales position focused on helping clients understand how modular living and accommodation solutions can add space, value or revenue potential to their property.

You will generate new opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and referral partners, understand each client’s requirements and guide qualified opportunities through the initial sales process.

This is not a traditional retail or high-pressure sales role. Our projects require trust, professional communication, consistent follow-up and the ability to understand a client’s property, commercial goals and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new residential, tourism and commercial sales opportunities.

  • Prospect and engage with landowners, wineries, farms, holiday parks, tourism operators and commercial property owners.

  • Respond to enquiries and conduct initial client consultations.

  • Understand each client’s property, intended use, budget, timing and project objectives.

  • Introduce suitable modular products and MoLSA service options.

  • Explain the general project pathway, including site assessment, approvals, logistics, installation and handover.

  • Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits and product inspections.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and supporting sales information.

  • Develop relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents, accountants, finance brokers, tourism consultants and property professionals.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, opportunity notes and follow-up schedules.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from first enquiry through to qualified project handover.

  • Work closely with management, suppliers, consultants and project delivery partners.

  • Represent MoLSA at industry events, regional business meetings, trade shows and networking functions.

  • Maintain accurate and responsible communication regarding product specifications, pricing, approvals and project timelines.

About You

You are confident, professional and comfortable discussing higher-value projects with both individual landowners and business clients.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, property, tourism, construction, modular buildings or a related industry.

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • The ability to understand client requirements and explain complex information clearly.

  • Confidence in prospecting, networking and following up new opportunities.

  • Strong organisation and pipeline-management skills.

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with a project team.

  • A professional and trustworthy approach to client communication.

  • Good computer skills and experience using CRM or sales-management systems.

  • A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Availability to travel within metropolitan and regional South Australia when required.

Experience in modular construction, real estate, tourism accommodation, property development, building products, finance or project-based sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Additional language skills would also be an advantage.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to join an emerging company in the growing modular living and accommodation sector.

  • A diverse product and service offering across residential, tourism and commercial markets.

  • Competitive remuneration with performance-based commission.

  • Flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.

  • Product, service and sales-process training.

  • Support from management, suppliers and project consultants.

  • Opportunities to build relationships across South Australia’s tourism, winery, property and regional business sectors.

  • Career development opportunities as MoLSA expands.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume together with a brief cover letter outlining:

  • Your relevant sales or business development experience.

  • The industries and customer groups you have worked with.

  • Your experience generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Why you are interested in modular living and accommodation solutions.
